EPIRUS - Vodafone is seeking to recruit an Account Manager

Vodafone is seeking to recruit an Account Manager. The role purpose is new business development, penetration (cross-sell) in existing customer base with company products (mobile, fixed & ICT), and the increase in customer satisfaction by delivering high-standards account management. The job holder will be reporting to the Area Business Sales Supervisor.
Key Accountabilities:
Deliver high standards of general account management for new and existing business accounts including cross-sell, retention and health-check activities
Deliver Mobile Voice, Mobile Internet and Fixed sales targets
Penetrate base with new ICT services (e.g. Office 365 & M2M)

Understand the different customer profiles and demonstrate ability to match appropriate products and services to fit their needs
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Previous working experience in B2B, 3 years as a minimum, ideally in the technology industry.
Very good interpersonal skills, with confidence to enter client sites and present Vodafone services.
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external collaborators & customers.
Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products.
Strong results orientation and flexibility to work under pressure & tight timelines.
Excellent command of Greek & English languages (oral & written).
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
University degree in Engineering or Marketing/Business Administration – postgraduate degree in any of those areas, is considered as a plus.
